NET WRAP
Edge-to-Edge
Edge-to-Edge is a totally unique development that significantly improves the performance of the net, allowing it to spread the entire width of the bale - every time. This unique innovation reduces crop losses on hay and straw, and gives the perfect weather protection across the whole bale. It also significantly helps to improve silage quality; eliminating bale "shoulders" which can trap air when film wrapping.
Zebra System
The system provides an asymmetrical orange-and-white pattern across the net that ensures correct loading of the roll every time and helps show exactly which way the bale will unroll.
Red End Warning
Red End indicates to the operator that the end of the roll is approaching, avoiding the risk of bales being formed without sufficient net to wrap the bale.
Quality Control Roll Identification
Every roll carries its own unique identification number on the inside of the core, ensuring that all the details of the net's production can be traced.
Even-Core Winding
Each roll has a perfect winding pattern, producing flat-ended rolls with the core protruding at both ends. This avoids potential net failures caused by the roll fouling on the sides of the net box.
-
Edge-to-Edge Zebra: Stripes indicates the left/right sides of the roll for quick identification when loading the roll of material or unrolling the hay bale
- RED COLOR ALERT: Warns operator before roll runs out
- Reduced leaf loss
- Weather resistant (minimizes loss due to spoilage)
- More bales wrapped per roll — faster
- Reduced wear and tear on equipment
- Tight, secure, full width wrapping resulting in a neater, more easily transportable bale
